All but one of these dinners was keto-friendly. I have been doing keto since May. Monday was a rough day so I broke it, but as always, I get right back in the next day.
On Wednesday we went out to dinner to a restaurant called Rib Co. I had a steak with a caesar salad and broccoli.
Thursday we went to Palm Desert to buy Justin a new pair of shoes. We got Pieology while we were out. I had red sauce and pesto with feta and mozzarella with spinach, garlic, red onions, canadian bacon, and sausage on a cauliflower crust pizza.
Friday I made dinner at home. It was an Asian inspired spicy ground beef with green beans.
Saturday was cheesesteak stuffed zucchini boats and a spinach salad with blue cheese dressing and crispy beet toppers.
Sunday was slow cooker beef and broccoli over cauliflower rice.
I had a rough day yesterday, so I cheated on my keto diet and got a burrito. I just didn't want to cook and I wanted carbs. What I did not want was the beans they put in this burrito, I just wanted meat and cheese.
And tonight I made chicken stir fry over cauliflower rice.
