A week(ish) of dinners.

I did this a bit differently and snapped pics of various dinners over the week to post all at once.  I forgot a few times though.

Wednesday, January 23rd: Steak and broccoli




Thursday, January 24th: Bacon, eggs, and a toasted sourdough english muffin with butter.  Thursdays are usually my "Friday" (I work 4 days per week) and I run my business in the evenings after that, so Thursday dinner is usually something super easy as I'm exhausted.




Friday, January 25th: I can't even remember what happened Friday.  I chaperoned a ski trip with ~20 middle schoolers (and skied myself, with and without kids) and was just dead by the time I got home.

Saturday, January 26th: Pho from a new local restaurant.  I was pleased with it overall - the broth was close and the overall taste was good - but wanted jalapenos and limes to go with it.  Still, better than anything we've had before here.



I actually made some beautiful looking stuffed sweet potatoes on Sunday, but forgot to take a picture.  It's what's pictured here though.

Monday, January 28th: Sweet chili chicken stir fry (recipe here).  I had this again today (Tuesday 1/29) and it was even better the second day.  I think I'll marinate the chicken in the chili sauce next time.
